We will also handle the submission and collection of your documents once you have an appointment
For those planning to have a translation performed from Russian into Italian certified at the General Italian Consulate in Moscow, you will need to register online at and choose the desired service (for instance, Confirmation of Conformity of Translations from Russian into Italian or Approval of Education Documents (DDV)).
We remind you that the record must be on behalf of the documents’ owner. Accredited translators have the right to file documents only by client appointment, since the translator doesn't have his own submission slots.
The following will be required of you for your documents to be submitted:
- the original documents (even if the documents need to be attached to copies);
- a scan of your passport (the first spread containing your photo and basic information);
- an appointment confirmation at the Consulate in the name of the document owner in PDF format;
- an issued power of attorney in simple form for our employees to be able to submit the documents (we’ll provide a template).
With the Summer going on, there are a lot of students wanting to study in Italy and preparing documents packages to enter Italian universities. For that reason, there’s a long waiting line at the Consulate right now.
The nearest appointment date available for document certification won't be until the beginning of October.
Do you have a letter of appointment from the Universitaly portal? If so, you can apply for your dichiarazione di valore in loco at the Italian visa center with no appointment required.
Our accredited translators can translate your documents package into Italian for subsequent certification at the Consulate. We will also handle the submission and collection of your documents once you have an appointment.
