We work with practically all available courier companies. We usually use SDEK or Russian Post for sending documents within Russia. Of course, we can also use any other service, depending on your preferences.
Delivery times vary depending on the distance between cities and the selected service plan. Courier companies almost always offer standard and express shipping. For example, standard document delivery from Moscow to Kazan with SDEK takes 3 business days, while express shipping takes 1 day.
Delivery can be made by courier to your address or to a pick-up point. A pick-up point may be more convenient if you do not want to be tied to a specific delivery time or address. You can collect the package at a convenient time during the day.
Information Required for Delivery
To coordinate delivery, please provide the manager with the following information:
- the address for sending and/or delivering the documents;
- the full name of the sender and recipient;
- a contact phone number.
