Planning to continue your studies or work abroad in Italy? Need to apply for a dichiarazione di valore in loco at the General Consulate of Italy in Moscow but don't know where to begin? We’ll be happy to help you!

When it comes to education documents, there’s no way around getting a DDV (dichiarazione di valore).

  • A dichiarazione di valore in loco is a separate document that the Consulate binds to a copy of a Russian education document along with a translation of it into Italian. In this declaration, the Consulate pronounces that the education document obtained in Russia is in full accordance with the Italian educational standard, a necessity, seeing as there is a difference in the number of years studied in Russian school and higher education institutions compared to in Italy

To obtain a dichiarazione di valore, one first needs to get an apostille stamped on their original education documents.

After that, our accredited translators will perform a translation of the document into Italian and the Italian Consulate in Moscow will certify the accuracy of the translation as well as issue the dichiarazione.

We can help in all stages of the process – from the stamping of the apostille on the original certificate with an attachment or a diploma with an attachment in addition to a translation into Italian before the application for a DDV can be submitted at the General Italian Consulate in Moscow (the submission is made at an appointment pre-arranged in advance: we provide detailed instructions to help you set that up).

IMPORTANT NOTE! Do you have an admission letter from the universitaly portal? Great news! In that case, we can help you apply for a dichiarazione di valore in loco at the Italian visa center without having to set an appointment in advance!

If need be, we also send the ready documents to Italy via DHL delivery service.
