We offer Notary services in the USA with the possibility of fully remote document processing, including their subsequent use in Russia and other countries.

The notary works online as a certified US notary, allowing him to certify documents via video conference without having to visit the office in person.

Notary qualifications and experience

• Certified US notary with the right to perform remote notarization (online notary).
• Higher legal studies in Russia (diploma with honors) and Master of Laws in the USA (Kentucky).
• Fluent in English, conversational French.
• A deep understanding of the United States system of government and its powers.
• Member of the Association of Russian-Speaking Notaries of North America.

How does the online notary and apostille process work?

Remote notarization is done via videoconference, complying with all U.S. legal requirements. No in-person visit to the office is required.

• The client connects to the online session and presents the documents and identification for notarization.
• The notary issues the notarization in electronic or paper format, depending on the intended use of the document.
• If necessary, the notary manages the apostille with the competent authority of the corresponding state.
• Once the apostille is placed, the document is returned to the notary and sent to the client at their address in the USA or Russia.

The entire notarization and apostille process is completed without the client having to personally visit U.S. government agencies; the notary handles all interactions with these agencies.
