Placement Apostille stamps on the originals of education documents issued on the territory of the Russian Federation as well as on the territory of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic during the period of the USSR's existence is done by the authorities of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

An Apostille may be placed only on education documents in the government-approved format. An education institution may be private, but it must be accredited by the government.

Thus, apostilles are required for high school transcripts and their attachments, high school diplomas and university diplomas and their attachments, as well as graduate diplomas. Various types of certificates (including academic record), official documents, education plans, and statements are not apostilled in their originals!

We provide service in receiving Apostille stamps on the originals of education documents (diplomas and their attachments, official transcripts and their attachments, attestations, doctoral certificates, etc.) issued in any city in the Russian Federation as well as the former Soviet republics (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Belarus, Moldavia, Uzbekistan, and others).

The time period for apostille placement on education documents is about 2 months. The cost is 7 300 RUR for one set (government fee of 2,500 roubles is included). Considered as a set is a diploma attachment, an attestation attachment, an academic record, or a doctoral certificate. Only these documents, as told before, are subject to receipt of an apostille on their originals. In order to represent your interests in an authority authorized to place an apostille stamp, you are going to need a notarized authorization from the owner of the documents, a sample of which we will send out to you on request.
