Increasing the amount of state fees in the civil registry office
In 2025, the amount of state duty charged for state registration of civil status acts increased, namely:
- The state fee for divorce for each spouse has increased from 650 to 5,000 rubles.
- The state fee for state registration of a change of first name, patronymic, or last name has increased from 1,600 to 5,000 rubles.
- For making corrections to civil status records, the state fee is now 700 rubles instead of the previous 650 rubles.
- The state fee for issuing a duplicate civil status registration certificate has increased from 350 to 500 rubles.
- The fee for issuing certificates of state registration of civil status acts to individuals has increased from 200 to 350 rubles.
