Expedited certification for China

Consular certification of Russian documents for China entails the completion of the following procedures in a strictly observed sequence:

• notarization of copies of the document subject to certification (before you had to make a so-called “technical” copy of the document; in other words the document had to be fully retyped and then notarized);

In this case, you will have to receive a certificate from the migration service institution (the passport table) based on your residence location, containing the information on your passport (passports') details. Such a document may be certified.
