The cost of our services for having one document certified in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation of commercial nature is 4,800 RUR and for certification in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the consulate of the given country is 6,000 RUR (including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry's fee of 1,650 RUR). The wait period is 1-2 business days, not including the consulate's wait period.

At the moment, more than eleven thousand Chambers of Commerce and Industry exist in the world located in various countries and different continents. Chambers of Commerce and Industry play a huge role in the external economic activity in all countries.

Their work includes lobbying for the interests of its members, product expertise, evaluating and calculating customs and other payments, smoothing out interactions between different members of the Chamber and the “outer world”, participating in courts, issuing certificates (for example, on the existence of force majeure circumstances), providing information services, etc. In all countries, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry help their members establish contacts with new partners, as well as helping “external” members establish contact with their own members.

Fortification of the role of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the increase in the amount of document circulation relating to external economic activity has lead to the organization, along with authorized government bodies handling the certification of documents, has begun providing for the certification of commercial documents that don't normally require certification.

We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and through it we complete certification of documents of commercial nature.

Consular certification of documents through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation can be completed in one of two ways, depending on what exactly you need:

  • option one is full consular certification through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. This is the option where we take care of the stamps from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Consular Department of the embassy of the destination country.
  • option two is partial consular certification through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. This is the option where we take care of the stamps from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, but we do not provide for the stamps from the Consular Department of the embassy of the destination country.

As for countries that are included in the Gaag Convention of 1961, usually a stamp from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is enough and embassy stamps in this case will not be necessary.
