Greetings incoming students and prospective hopefuls longing to study in sunny Italy,

As the high season for applying to Italian universities, academies, and schools closes in, we would like to inform you of some special reasons why preparing on time is more important than you may know. The dream of studying on the Apennine Peninsula is now more attainable than ever before. That said, pulling it off will still require taking a thorough approach to handling the documents required.

Reasons to hurry

As our experience with it in past years has shown, the workload on the Italian Consulate starts to really pick up starting as early as May. That inevitably means the lines growing longer and longer and the appointment signup process is rendered significantly tougher. During the Summer, when the applicants influx hits its very peak, lining up that precious “time slot” to submit your documents may turn into a pipe dream. To ensure yourself against anxiety, potential delays, and the need to have to rush back and forth, we strongly recommend that you do not postpone this important stage and instead get things moving well in advance.

Your reliable partner in document preparation

We have operated and specialized in the legalization for more than 15 years now. We have translators working on our team who are accredited translators under the Italian consulate in Moscow – Italians Pasquale Naracci and Claudia Redigolo.

Our translation department provides comprehensive support and exhaustive consultations, will help give you the full rundown on every aspect of the preparation stage, and our translators will professionally translate the documents and ensure their submission to the Consulate for such key procedures as:

  • Declaration of Value for education documents (Dichiarazione di Valore in Loco – DVIL)

This declaration is an official document issued by the General Consulate of Italy in Moscow. This document certifies the authenticity of a diploma or credentials, the contents therein, and academic authenticity for the purposes of continuing education or getting qualifications formally recognized in Italy.

  • Translation certification from Russian into Italian

This is a procedure performed by an accredited translator for the purpose of giving a translation legal force. This too is performed at the General Consulate of Italy in Moscow. This translation is subsequently deemed official and is accepted by all Italian institutions.

Important information for prospective university students!

We are pleased to announce a perk that those who've already obtained an invitation from an Italian educational institution will be happy to hear about. If you already hold an official admission letter (lettera di ammissione), you are now exempt from paying the consular fee for the Dichiarazione di Valore.

However, in that case, there is some intricacies to be followed in going so – namely, it must be done via the official visa center of Italy, not directly at the Consulate. We can help give you guidance in that process as well.

We stay by your side every step of the way!

We are all too aware of the extent of the headaches and stumbling blocks the process of gathering and legalizing documents for another country is. For that reason, we are prepared to assume a significant amount of that busy work for you ourselves. Our goal is to make your path to acquiring an Italian education as comfortable and clear as possible.

Don’t let bureaucratic formalities be a barrier on your path to fulfilling your dream! Get in touch with us today to obtain a detailed consultation, learn the list of documents you need, and start preparing. We will be happy to help you at every moment, from your first question all the way to your documents’ final submission!
