Full or partial consular certification

Consular certification of documents may be done in one of two ways, depending on what exactly you need:

• option one is full consular certification. This is the option where we have the stamps done from all organizations participating in the consular certification procedure, including the consular department of the embassy of the destination country;
• option two is partial consular certification. This option is the one where we have the stamps done from all the organizations participating in the consular certification procedure except the consular department of the embassy of the destination country.

The consular department of a destination country's embassy is not always located in Moscow. In the case that only a partial consular certification procedure would suffice, the stamps from the Consular Department will be placed after you've arrived in the country. The best option out of those listed above is only up to you to decide based on the information given to you by your destination contacts.
