Certification of documents notarized in the Chamber of commerce for the UAE
The United Arab Emirates are not included in the Gaag Convention of 1961, due to which documents intended for use in the country must undergo a procedure of consular certification. Meanwhile, due to variations between the laws of the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates, not all documents can be certified in accordance with standard processing procedure, including having to pass through the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and then the consular department of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Moscow.
- More specifically, documents related to bookkeeping, invoices, certificates of origin, other commercial documents, and documents related to conduct of external economic business may not be certified by way of the indicated standard procedure.
Thanks to a long period of cooperation and positive work experience, we, along with the employees of the Consular Department of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Moscow, have come to a compromise: documents of the given type will undergo a certification procedure through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and after the stamp is placed the document will then be certified in the consular department of the United Arab Emirates.
At the given time, we are currently offering both legal entities and individuals the ability to take advantage of our service of full consular certification of documents when necessary through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for the United Arab Emirates, which will allow them to complete certification of their documents within the shortest time periods.
