Anastasia Starovoitova-Ince in the 2/14/2024 episode of the show Muzhskoye/Zhenksoye

Leonid Yanchar, a first degree disabled person, has been terrorized over the course of three years by Aleksander Belikov, his housemate in their jointly owned home. Aleksander attacks the retiree with grinding wheels, throws rocks at him, smashes his cell phones, destroys the walls of the house, breaks the ceiling, and cuts off the water for Leonid. He calls him the grandson of a "fascist scumbag" and threatens to take reprisal against his family. Belikov is doing everything he can to destroy the senior citizen's home and buy his share for peanuts. 

Aleksander asserts that he is the legal heir and Leonid is a scammer and a provocateur. Yanchar stole Aleksander's documents, is impeding his construction works, throws gobies in his eyes, rips out poles, is creating illegal barriers, and pours sewage into the mountain river. Leonid tears down wallpaper himself and then calls the police. Yanchar is taking over his territory and doing everything he can to get his housemate out of their jointly owned house.
