Anyone who has received an education abroad and intends to continue their career or education in Russia sooner or later runs into the issue of having to confirm the education they have received. The United Arab Emirates are not included in the Gaag Convention of 1961, due to which documents intended for use in the country must undergo a procedure of consular certification. The United Arab Emirates is not included in the Gaag Convention of 1961, so while you are processing your Russian documents for use in this country, you are going to have to undergo the procedure of consular certification, which means getting your documents stamped by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the Consulate of the United Arab Emirates in the Russian Federation.

Consular certification of Russian documents for China entails the completion of the following procedures in a strictly observed sequence.

In rare cases, the Apostille stamp is to be placed on the originals of other documents, such as those issued by court authorities of the Russian Federation, the Federal Registration Service of the Russian Federation, or the authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
